The Preserve/ Glenorochy at 6th Line and Dundas in Oakville. The home building in The Preserve/ Glenorchy is very new and very popular. The community was established in 2012 and keeps growing.  The first phase of new homes sold out very quickly. The second phase was released and will sell out quickly as well.  You can still find a few brand new homes to buy. The Preserve is very popular because of the green space that has been preserved. Many of the homes back up to the lush woods with towering trees. 

The Preserve/ Glenorchy is just minutes away from highway access. You are in minutes of Queen Elizabeth Way ( QEW), Highway 403 and the 407 Express Toll Route. 401 is easily accessed from 403/407. 

The parks in The Preserve/ Glenorchy are family friendly. You can choose homes for sale near or even across the street from parks. Children love to play on the slides, swings and climbing apparatus. Some of the parks have fields where you can play soccer with your neighbours. In the winter you can have fun tobogganing. In the summers enjoy outdoor BBQs in your backyard. Highly ranked High Schools – White Oaks Secondary School and St. Thomas Aquinas for present but undergoing boundary changes so can switch to St. Ignatius of Loyala after June 2015. The Farmer's Market is open year round!  For grocery shopping close and convenient are: Longo's, Metro, Loblaws and Cobb's. For home and auto supplies you have close by: Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Winner's, Home Sense and Costco's.  There are 3 shopping malls close by as well: Oak Park Shops and Oakville Place.

Walk to Sixteen Mile Sports Complex! There are so many programs for all ages, kids and adults alike.  Choose from yoga, karate, crafts and also swimming and tennis. Walking trails are very popular here in the parks and green woods.  You are also very close to the new state of the art Oakville Hospital. 

The Cineplex Odeon at Winston Churchill is the local theatre where you can take in a movie. Within a very short distance there is the Aerosports Trampoline Center, Putting Edge, iFly, Amazing Adventures, Dash Sports, 4Cats, LaserTag and indoor playgrounds.
